Payment by credit card
Payment by credit card is available directly when you place your order on our site.

Once your payment is validated, your order is recorded and can be prepared according to the availability times indicated on the site.
SBE Bikes will never ask you to provide your banking information via email.
Payment by bank transfer
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer.
How does payment by transfer work?
Place your order on the site and select "Bank transfer" as your payment method.
Confirm your order.
You will then receive the bank details necessary to make your payment.
Make the transfer. from your bank using the information provided.
Your order is pending payment until the transfer is actually credited to our bank account.
Upon receipt of the transfer, your order is validated and prepared for dispatch.
The bank processing time for receiving the transfer depends on your bank. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you include your order reference in the transfer description.
When is my order dispatched?
An order paid by transfer is dispatched only after the payment has been effectively received in our bank account..
The confirmation of the transfer order by your bank does not, therefore, constitute a payment confirmation on its own.
As soon as the payment is received, we can normally continue the preparation and dispatch of your order.
Payment on site – Click & Collect
If you choose to collect your order directly from SBE Bikes via our Click & Collect, you also have the option to pay for your order on site.
Select the corresponding option when placing your order.
Your order will be prepared for collection and payment can be made at the time of handover.
Payment by transfer on quote
Would you like to receive a quote before placing an order?
We can provide a custom quote, which you can then pay by bank transfer.
