Warranty for Jobobike bicycles
As an authorised Jobobike dealer, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. All our bicycles come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects, provided they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's user guides and technical specifications.
Summary of warranty coverage
The warranty period begins on the date of initial purchase by the first owner.

Good to know : Batteries are designed to retain up to 75% of their initial capacity during the warranty period.
Conditions and warranty transfer
- Proof of purchase : For any request, a dated proof of purchase is essential.
- Transfer : If you resell your bike, part of the warranty can be transferred to the next owner, provided you can present the original proof of purchase indicating the place and date of the initial acquisition.
- Labour : No labour charges will be billed to you for processing the warranty during the first two years following the purchase.
- Transport : Shipping costs related to processing the warranty (sending and returning) are covered.
What is not covered (Exclusions)
The warranty becomes void or does not apply in the following cases :
1. Normal wear and tear
Wear resulting from regular use is not covered. This includes, but is not limited to:
Tyres, inner tubes and brake pads.
Chains, sprockets, cables and housings.
Grips, pedals and bearings.
Scratches or damage to the paint and graphics due to exposure to the elements.
2. Misuse or maintenance
Incorrect assembly, negligence, or improper maintenance.
Installation of parts or accessories not compatible with the product.
Corrosion.
Damage related to an accident or abnormal/excessive use.
Procedure in case of damage during delivery
If you find that your bike has been damaged during transport, you must :
Report the issue within 7 days of receipt.
Provide dated photos and/or a video of the damaged product.
Keep the original packaging and all documents.
Important: Accurately note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery note before signing for receipt.
How to initiate a warranty claim?
If you encounter a problem with your Jobobike, the first step is to contact us directly as your retailer.
We will carry out a product inspection.
We will guide you to fill out the necessary after-sales service form.
Jobobike is committed to responding within 48 hours to identify the cause and propose a solution (spare parts, technical support or repair guide).
During the warranty period, Jobobike will repair or replace the product with a similar model depending on available stock.
Warranty extension (Optional)
It is possible to renew your warranty for the electrical parts (instruments, controller, motor, battery and charger).
The request must be made at the time of purchase or one month before the expiration of the initial warranty.
The cost is €200 per year (and €300 for the fourth year).
This service is no longer available from the fifth year.
