1. Shipping & Quality Control from Luxembourg

At SBE-Bikes, we pay particular attention to the preparation of your orders, the quality of our packaging, and the speed of our delivery service. 

All our bikes and accessories are stored and prepared in our warehouse located in Luxembourg.

  • No direct factory shipping: Each bike is received, unpacked, and inspected by our team before being shipped.

    This systematic control allows us to guarantee you equipment free of defects, ready to be carefully packaged.

2. Delivery Areas, Times and Rates

We deliver our bikes and accessories to 6 European countries with a clear and uniform pricing and timing policy:

  • Served areas: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands.

  • Delivery time: 8 working days from the validation of your order.

  • The costs and delivery times are the same, regardless of the covered destination country.

 



3. Packaging & Easy Assembly 

You receive your bike pre-assembled to 80%. Its assembly is simple and can be completed in less than 30 minutes. 

  • Secure packaging: Your bike is carefully protected in a custom reinforced box, designed to withstand the rigours of transport.

  • Pre-assembly at 80%: Upon receipt, most of the work is already done. You only need to install a few simple components:

    1. The front wheel

    2. The handlebars

    3. The pedals

  • No technical skills required: Assembly is very accessible and does not require any specific experience in mechanics.

  • Tools included: You do not need to purchase any specific equipment: all the tools necessary for assembly are provided in the box.



4. Assembly assistance

Assembling your bike is a simple operation that generally does not require external help. However, if you would like assistance, the following tools are available to you:

  • Clear explanatory notice: A detailed instruction manual accompanies each bike.

  • Video tutorials: Step-by-step explanatory videos are easily accessible online to guide you visually. Feel free to ask us for the link for your bike.

  • Personalised assistance: If you have any doubts or questions during assembly, our customer service is available to assist you directly by phone, email, or video call.
